Terms of Service
Operational terms for using Kitenga as a tenant-aware platform for reporting, marketing, integrations, and workflow management.
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Use of Kitenga
Kitenga is provided to organisations and authorised users for customer intelligence, reporting, marketing operations, social publishing, advertising workflows, support, sales, and related business processes.
Users must only connect systems, channels, accounts, data, and providers they are authorised to manage for their organisation.
Tenant Responsibilities
Each tenant is responsible for its own lawful basis, consent, account access, channel permissions, campaign approvals, content approvals, audience eligibility, and compliance obligations.
Kitenga provides governance, readiness, and audit tools, but tenants remain responsible for deciding whether a campaign, social post, audience sync, or provider action is appropriate to activate.
Connected Providers
When a tenant connects a provider such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, TikTok, YouTube, Fivetran, HubSpot, Stripe, PostHog, or email systems, the tenant authorises Kitenga to use that connection for the selected platform workflows.
Provider availability, API behaviour, permissions, limits, review requirements, metrics, and platform-side account status are controlled by the relevant provider.
No Fake Operational Data
Kitenga is designed to use real tenant data, real provider responses, and real audit trails. Where data is missing, unavailable, or blocked by provider readiness, Kitenga should show that state rather than inventing metrics, match rates, credentials, ads, posts, or proof.
